He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Cook and Louise Jacobs. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lori Price; his sons, Ian and Leland Clute; his siblings, Patrick Tylor Jacobs (Sheryl), James Ryan Johnson (Cheyenne), Richard Jones (Leslie), Tracy Herne, Holly Thomas, Lauri Scotty and Christine Allen; his siblings' children, Deanna, Seanna Jacobs, Jeremy and Kehma Johnson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emery, Challen Cole and Zariyah Jacobs.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 25 2e Rue, Saint-Régis, QC H0M0A1. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the St-Regis Cemetery.
