She is survived by: her children, Ricky (Yolande) and Jenny (Kristofer); her grandchildren, Ethan (Chayi), Kyana (Nik), Edmin and Ronin; her great grandchild Cai; her siblings, Medardo Cardona of Montreal, Fe Cardona of Vermont and Leticia Acosta of Florida; her sister-in-law Margarita; Rosario, Chato, Francisco and Boy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation (https://url.us.m.mimecastprotect.com) this was Cleofe's place of work for over 30years and where she was cared for three times a week by the kind nurses and doctors of the dialysis department on the 2nd floor.
