He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brownlee and Rose Brownlee; and his siblings, Flo Laughren (Ches), Wilma Maclean (Richard) and Hansel (Betty).

He is survived by: his children, Kellie Marples (Stuart), Willie (Gail), Randy (Andrea), Ruthie Wright (Allen) and Karen Prins (Jason); his brother Joe Brownlee; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Atkinson, Grace Smart and Edna Campeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church (586 Rue Main, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
