He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jezierski and Jeannette Jezierski; and his sister Monique. He is survived by: his children, Jeannette (Mike) and Denis (Amanda); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Serenity; and his siblings, Jacqueline Murray (David) and Louis. He is also survived by nephews as well as by his extended family.
