He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland MacDougall and Beulah MacDougall. He is survived by: his wife Jane Duff MacDougall; his daughter Jaime; his son-in-law Kyle Richardson (late Danny Moore); his daughter Jenna; his grandchildren, Hudson Moore and Ella Richardson; and his siblings, Terry MacDougall (Janey) and Jill McBane (Charlie Taylor). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ladies Hall at the Shawville Fair.
