As Hugh departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Hugh may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Hugh leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tracy and Flora Caldwell; and his sister Jean McNeil (late Murray). He is survived by: his wife Jill Hobbs Tracy; his children, Rebecca (Scott Crawford), Alyssa (Cody Gabie) and Ryan (Amanda Smith); and his brother John J. Tracy (Gail Proudfoot). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
