She was predeceased by: her spouse Carmen Wickens; her parents, Hugh Stewart and Cora Stewart; and her siblings, Laura, Velma, Ross, Leslie and Mervin.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy (Mike Hortie), Sandra (Steve Lloyd) and Tim (Tracey Bell); her grandchildren, Tyler (Heather), Lauren (Sonya), Jared (Tiffany), Rebecca (Dave), Emily (David), Brandon, Alex, May and Charles (Hailey); and her brother Revel Stewart. She is also survived by her loving family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (134 Rue Centre, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shawville United Church (410 Rue Main, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Austin United Cemetery.
