He is survived by: his partner Steward Schwartz; his siblings, Rachel (late Gerald Stokes), Lorne (JoAnne), Melvin (Marion), Joyce (late Melvin Harris), Jean (late Ken Evenson), Lennis (late Myrtle) and Gale; and his goddaughters, Shelley and Helena. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and wonderful cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (134 Rue Centre, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church.
