In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Garnet had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Garnet may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Morrison (Dolloff); and his brother Galen. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather (Nick) and Judy (Jay); and his grandchildren, Alex, Kailee and Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cass Funeral Home (3006 Rue College, Sherbrooke, QC J1M1J7).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Garnet's memory to the following organizations would be appreciated by the family: The Alexander Galt Regional High School (please specify in the memo ''Breakfast Program''), 1700 College St. Sherbrooke, QC J1M 1Z9, or to the Grace Village, 1515 rue Pleasant View, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 0C6 (please direct donations to ''Best Use Fund'') , or the Canadian Cancer Society.
