She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale Hartley; her parents, William Brus and Bernardina Brus; and her brother Ben. She is survived by: her sons, Michael and Christopher (Laura); her grandchildren, Chase and Colton; her siblings, Thea (Paul), Henriette (Alain), Mary (Jacques), André (Chrissy), John (Sylvie) and Willy (Shelley); and her brother-in-law Wendall (Jean). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
As a memorial tribute, donations to DeafBlind Ontario Services, 17665 Leslie Street, Unit 15, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 3E3, would be appreciated by the family.
