He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Cooper; and his parents, Pauline Hill Cooper and Jewell Carroll Cooper. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Cooper (Carrie) and John Cooper (Kim); his sister Sandra Paskvan; his grandchildren, Christopher Cooper, Jr. (Caroline), Nathan Cooper and J. C. Cooper; and his great grandchild Henry Dean Cooper.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6965 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003).
