He was predeceased by: his parents, Shiv Prasad and Dhanamati Devi; and his siblings, Vishwanath P. Singh (Dhanamati), Ramshawaridevi and Shakuntaladevi.
He is survived by: his spouses, Rajmati and Madooree; his grandchild Agastya; his sibling Saraswatikumari; and also, Nisha Rani, Sai Kiran, Uma Rani (Sumeet) and Geeta Kumari.
In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, the outdoors and his daily meet ups at Tim Hortons with his friends.
